If your family is currently exploring an adoption journey with another agency or an adoption program that Gift of Love International Adoptions, Inc. does not offer, Gift of Love International Adoptions, Inc. will work cooperatively with your placing agency to complete the home study portion of your journey, as well as any required post-placement or post-adoption reports.  Gift of Love's oversight program is open to all Iowa families needing a home study and post-reports. 

Once you have filled out the application and registration forms for the Oversight Program, your process will begin.  At registration, a comprehensive Client Binder will be provided to walk you through each step of your home study process.

Gift of Love International Adoptions, Inc. has many experienced and supportive caseworkers who will complete your home study.  Once you are registered, a caseworker will be matched with you and will meet with your family for the required number of home study visits, according to the country you are adopting from. 

Gift of Love International Adoptions, Inc. has worked with placing agencies in 27 states and continue to create relationships with other international placement agencies throughout the United States.  We look forward to working with you and your placing agency for the home study and post-report portion of your adoption journey. 

Additionally, if you have already completed your journey overseas and only need post-placement or post-adoption support, Gift of Love International Adoptions, Inc. also provides services for post-adoption oversight.
