Gift of Love International Adoptions, Inc. has been working
in China since 1994 and has been directly registered with
the China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) since it opened
in 1996. The CCAA works with Social Welfare Institutes (SWIs)
in China to match children with adoptive families.
Children Available
Children
available for adoption are primarily healthy infant girls,
from 8-12-months of age at referral. The adoption law of
The People’s Republic of China allows families to adopt two
children only if they are biologically related, meaning
twins. Families may request to adopt a boy; however the
wait time for referral is difficult to predict. Referrals
are provided to Gift of Love International Adoptions, Inc.
by the CCAA. The referral includes photos and social and
medical information.

During this time you will work with our Travel Associate to
complete the provincial adoption registration procedures and
the necessary certificates to finalize the adoption, as well
as obtaining your child’s passport. Once the provincial
registration has been completed, you will travel to
Guangzhou to complete the US visa medical exam/interview at
the US Consulate, prior to returning home.
